Good build quality & genuine leather
Size did not match normal Euro/UK/US size. And I did request for return and Clarks team agreed on that. Later managed to arrange for courier pick up date with Clarks team for return purpose. Since they requested on weekday, I need to arrange with my spouse for AL just purposely to wait for pick up. Unfortunately, didn't receive any call and Clarks inform to wait for the next day. And regretfully, now still didn't get exact date for pick up.
