Seemless experience and item was received promptly. Item was exactly like in store
I love the shoes but I noticed that the moc trimming on the right shoe had a noticeable difference to the left one (narrower than the other). Nonetheless, I passed it off as subtle imperfection that comes with handcrafted shoes. The rating also weighs in the terrible delivery service used by Clark’s, Ninjavan - at least for the Taman Desa branch, which was a headache (I wound up self-collecting from their warehouse). I’m pretty demotivated to buy from their online store in the future due to this experience.
The sole and size of the shoe is not what I expected.
